There are 2 types of banners. Account-Tied Banners, and Server Wide banners.
Account-Tied, also called Time-Gated, appear according to a schedule depending on how old your account is (in Days). For example Maki banner appears when your account hits 4 days
On the other hand, Server wide banners appear at the same time for everyone, with no relation to account age... Just like any banners you see in every gacha games
Within those 2 types of banners, there are 2 sub-types of Banners: Regular "Rate Up" Banners and Selected Banners
What makes them different? Regular summons with rate-up requires summoning tickets, whereas selected banners require selection tickets.
A ticket goes for 200 diamonds (shop).
You get bunch of tickets from redeemable codes (we have a page for them here).
You also get them from Dream Expedition, 5 per week (only if you are able to clear Continental B).
A limited ticket goes for 400 diamonds.
You also get one limited ticket each and every day for completing your dailies.
Dream expedition, 5 per week also (only if you are able to clear all stages).
Every time a new selected banner appears, you get 2.
The first 2 types of pity can happens up to once each, afterwards they are GONE from that specific banner.
Summon 2x10 (two multis)
Guarantees you one SSR from the pool (4 characters in total). The pity only works with multis not singles
Note, you can also get an SSR on the first multi, in this case, the 2x10 pity is fulfilled and therefore gone.
Summon 7x10 (seven multis)
Guarantees you the featured partner. The summons used during first pity counts. Singles will not work.
Same as above, if you were to achieve the featured partner before this pity hits, it will no longer be in effect the moment you hit 7x10 or not.
Summon 5x10 (five multis)
Guarantees 1 SSR within a streak of x50 summons. This pity can work with singles and can be activated more than once unlike the ones above.
If, within a batch of x50 summons, you summoned a SSR, the pity is gone for that batch and you need to wait the next batch.
Batches of x50 are the following [1st - 50th Summons], [51st - 100th Summons] etc.
Example: If you pull a SSR on your 9th Summon, the pity summon on the 50th summon is GONE, but the 100th is still live as long as you don't get a SSR between the 51st and the 99th summon.
This is the schedule for the Banners Tied to the Age of your Account. This schedule lasts around 1 month and a half.
You can activate a notification function on this website if you are a member of the website.
If you are new, go to registration form and when creating your account select your in-game registration date.
After that, open the Banners page again and you will notice that your specific day is highlighted in the banners table. This is your current place in the days.
If you are already registered, go to your account settings and select your in-game registration date, and then click save.
